What is Direct Primary Care (DPC)?

Direct Primary Care is a membership model that puts you in a direct relationship with your provider, with no insurance middlemen. You pay one simple monthly fee for unlimited visits, direct access, and unhurried, whole-person care.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. Cadalawn is now a hybrid practice. We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna, with UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Oscar, and Medicare coming soon. You're welcome to be seen through your insurance or through a DPC membership, whichever fits you best.

What's included in a membership?

Unlimited office visits and telehealth, chronic disease management, direct text and call access to your provider, and discounted labs and IV therapy, all for one predictable monthly fee with no copays or hidden charges.

Do I still need insurance if I have a membership?

A membership covers your everyday primary care, but it isn't insurance. We recommend keeping a plan for hospital stays, specialists, and emergencies. Many patients pair a membership with a high-deductible plan and save money overall.

How quickly can I be seen?

We offer same-day and next-day appointments during business hours, with unhurried 30 to 60 minute visits so you're never rushed and never just a number.

What is Emotional Wellness Coaching?

It's Christian life coaching for anxiety, stress, burnout, and spiritual fatigue, grounded in a clinical foundation. It's the heart of what we do, and it's available in person or by telehealth.

Do you care for the whole family?

Yes. We see patients ages 7 and up, with individual and family membership plans designed to care for everyone under one trusted provider.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. Memberships are month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
